Famous designers including Gianpietro Papa and Mario Lauro Scoccia will come to Dongguan for the first time, and meet the visitors at “Modafeel”. These two prominent designers have made notable achievements in terms of professional shoe making, shoe structure and unique design style. As a freelance designer, Gianpietro Papa has set up his personal brand as early as in 1978, and established his own company “IL PAVONE S.a.s.” six years later. His professional technique has won him various opportunities to cooperate with world-renowned footwear manufacturers, including ILPAUONE, GIAN PIETRO PAPA, and GIAN PIETRO.IT, etc. Mario Lauro Scoccia, the founder of Lauro Designer features multi-element designs and his cooperating brands include AMERICAN EAGLE, GEOX, STYLE GRAND, BATA INTERNATIONAL, VALLEVERDE, TWENTY TWO, NEW GISAD, DI GI, and BERTONE, etc. Except its leading position in terms of shoe mold making and shoe design, Lauro Designer has also received high recognition among the industry for the Cad-Cam 3D image of men and women footwear produced by its subordinate design studio.

"The 4th Belle Cup China Leather Innovative Design Competition", concurrently held with Dongguan China Shoes, has stepped into another stage. The organizing committee has received over 300 design works in the past several months which are trendy, creative and highlighted by the Oriental features.. After the first-round review, 50 design works were selected by the judging panel to enter the final competition.
